We are an independently-owned farmhouse-style brewery with a focus on mixed culture fermentation. All our fermentations will take place in oak vessels, and in most cases with our house mixed culture that our brewmaster has been developing for quite some time. Spontaneous fermentation is likely to occur as conditions allow.

Our inspiration comes from American and European wild and mixed culture fermented ales. Brettanomyces is our muse. By brewing in this old world way, we pay homage to the wonderful beers from visionary breweries like Cantillon, Drie Fonteinen, Hill Farmstead, Jester King, Russian River, Allagash, Casey Brewing and Blending, Ale Apothecary, Side Project, De Garde and Sante Adarius Rustic Ales. Wow that’s a mouthful.
