September’s RE:MIXable event served as the unofficial kickoff for the weekend’s RE:MIKE event, as well as an opportunity for MIXers to weigh in with their ideas for the future of the St. Michael’s Drive corridor.

Making the area more walkable and bicycle friendly was a clear priority for attendees:
More greenery, more bars and restaurants and a better aesthetic were among the top suggestions for improving the area:
While some of the surveys came back either blank or incredulous at the idea of a “favorite” spot on St. Mike’s, many, many others were filled out with multiple suggestions of favorite businesses and organizations in the area. Here are the top ones:
