ife: I grew up in a household where yoga, mediation and mindfulness teachings were as normal as sliced bread ….. that is to say, a natural and simple part of everyday life. While home was distinctly ‘eastern’, the world at large was an amazing and beautiful hot mess!
As we all know, life can be both exciting and overwhelming, engaging and distracting and making sense of it seems to come down to finding a balance. When I find balance, it is usually by taking one deep breathe.
Work: From art school (MassArt) I landed in NM where I lost my heart to adobe and green building. Ten years and a couple of businesses later I am back to my roots and following a long time dream …. design, art and a start up. |
