Dewey Vaughn has over 25 years executive and management level experience; 18 years of which was in the role of Financial Officer. Dewey has served as a compliance officer for several companies and carried Series 63, 22, and 39 licenses. Dewey’s expertise in energy-development enterprises has given him a thorough knowledge of the investment requirements needed to build banking relationships for large-scale energy projects.
Dewey grew up in Southeastern Oklahoma among farming, ranching, and oil & gas activities. He enjoys turning complex transactions into simple achievement. He attended Eastern Oklahoma State College and East Central University in Oklahoma. Dewey holds a Bachelor of Science in Business (summa cum laude). He further advanced his education by way of a Masters in Business Administration (MBA), followed by two other graduate degrees in Business Management (GBM), and Management Consultant (GMC).
Dewey has worked in finance and energy-related business for most of his professional career. He successfully envisioned, built, managed and eventually sold a Texas-based oil & gas operating company. His extensive experience in the oil & gas industry includes pipeline projects, wildcat drilling, production operations, and joint venture participation. |
