Andrea Romero is owner/founder of consulting firm, ARC, where she is the Director of MIX Santa Fe, Director of the Regional Coalition of LANL Communities, and CEO/co-founder of Tall Foods. As a 17th generation New Mexican, she has international experience working in the public, private and philanthropic sectors since graduating from Stanford University in Political Science.
She came back to NM to work for startup, G³, as the Director of Product Development. Her passion for food security led her to the Development Strategy and Governance (DSG) division of the International Food Policy Research Institute (IFPRI). Before that, she founded an independent research and development project in sustainable farming and water harvesting in Mozambique through Project Rx (projectrx.org).
