Product ideas are now being accepted for the Makers Challenge. All Santa Fe makers, tinkerers, designers, inventors, entrepreneurs and creators are invited to submit ideas before September 15th (the third Thursday) at 6pm.
MIX and Los Alamos National Bank are looking for the best concepts, designs or products, and makers could win a chance to get a product manufactured and launched for sale in the coming holiday season. Acceptable entries include anything Santa Fe’s most inventive self-starters dream up from clothing and toys to household items and technology. Tell us what you want to make! I would like to enter but it said that I didn’t enter a valid number for the price. I don’t get it! A bumper sticker would cost 3-$5 wholesale so is the price the estimated retail, wholesale, or the cost to start the business? We’re looking for retail price here. Just enter a single numerical value without symbols like slashes or dollar signs or dashes and there should be no problem.
