Yes, it’s a busy September already, and it’s about to get even busier. This Sunday, Sept. 16, is the second After Hours Alliance Festival, at the Railyard. Last year’s inaugural event set the stage for a fall gathering of free music, art, food and more, as well as the chance to see the Railyard area at full capacity.
