Put some punch in your professional and personal life this month by joining us for PerforMIX.

This month’s MIX has the vibe of a backyard cookout, the performative edge of an Edinborough festival, food fit for the famous and a bar ‘n’ beer situation that you can’t beat with a stick!

Meetcha at 2855 Cooks Road, where you can get a glimpse of Waits Studio Works, Devil Head Studio, the Jaime Smith and Peter Johnson studios and the hot ‘n’ shiny OCD Custom Cycles and Repair shop.

DJ OBI ZEN drops his chill jedi jams with synchronous drum accompaniment while you get right with performative punkings from Wisefool, Teatro Paraguas and Danceworks.

Chef Joel Coleman of Fire and Hops will be laying out a Nirvana-worthy nosh, free for all you MIXers, that is likely to include a cracking papaya salad, a gulpable gazpacho, a braised pork belly, and a damned fine mini panna cotta.

Primed for proper pairing will be Bosque Brewing Company, offering Pale Ryder via the Kelly Liquor Barn mobile MIX bar. As always, this fancy, featured beverage will be free for folks who fill out our short survey. You can do it at the door, or ahead of time on desktop or mobile at mixsantafe.com/survey.

Plus, bring your dying denim and your busted-up blue jeans to donate into wearable works of art that will benefit local women and youth shelters via the Blue Jeans Project.

And you know that ain’t all—get the latest news on the Love Transfer Station mobile parklet MIX is building with artist Don Kennell, Christie Green from Radicle, YouthWorks, City of Santa Fe Solid Waste and PNM.

Maybe while you’re at it, get yourself entered to win $500 bucks by describing your dream live/work in a quick video.

Remember, September is for locals in Santa Fe—the hordes have evaporated and the weather is just right. Free food and drink goes fast, so get prompt with yourself.
